1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tablespoons cocoa
4 cups mini marshmallows
1 1/3 cups milk chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter
4 Tablespoons butter
2 cups rice chex or rice crispies
Cream 3/4 cup of butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until fluffy. Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, and cocoa and add to others. Spread on a large greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes. Take out and spread mini marshmallows on top. Put in oven for 2-3 minutes. Let cool. In a saucepan melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and 4 tablespoons butter. Cook until melted, then add cereal. Spread over marshmallows. Let cool then cut with a pizza cutter.
**These were really good for something besides just plain old brownies. Especially if you like chocolate and peanut butter. They also came out of the Ball Family Cookbook page 387. Sorry it's not the best picture.

YUM! picture looks great to me! Any leftovers?
K, we made this tonight, and did NOT look like your picture. (yours is much bette) But we used rice checks instead of rice krispies, and it just didn't spread well. We'll have to try it again...but it still tasted delicious!
Okay, I am getting a little frustrated. How can you make so many wonderful, yummy things and stay so darn skinny!!!!!UNFAIR!!!!!
