Steak Soup

1 lb. Round Steak
1/2 Ground Beef
1 Cup Chopped Celery
1 Cup Onion
1 Cup Tomato (diced)
3 Tsp Seasoning Salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
6 Cups Water
4 Beef Boullion cubes
1-2 Tsp Kitchen Bouquet
Flour/Water Mix (for a rue)
Carrots (optional)

Brown meat. Saute onion and celery in drippings. Add seasoning, bouillon, tomatoes, and water. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Make a rue to thicken the soup and cook for a few more minutes. Then remove from heat and add the Kitchen Bouquet.

I got this recipe from LeAnn's friends recipe site. It is so good. We thought it was better the day after. It's a must try. In case you haven't heard of Kitchen Bouquet here is a picture of it. It's usually found on the condiment aisle.
