Melt together: 14 oz package caramels (about 50)
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 Package German chocolate cake mix
3/4 cup melted butter
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts
Grease and flour a 9 by 13 inch pan. Combine cake mix, butter, milk, and nuts. Press 1/2 of dough into pan and bake at 350 for 6 minutes. Sprinkle chips over cake and spread caramel over that. Crumble the rest of the dough over the top.
Bake another 15-18 min. Cool completely before cutting. Enjoy!!
